How Do I get started with the service?

What geographical area does Eco happy maids cover?
We currently offer green cleaning services in THE DENVER METRO AREA, WE SERVICE AS NORTH AS NORTHGLENN AS SOUTH AS CASTLE ROCK AS WEST AS BOULDER/GOLDEN AS EAST AS AURORA/PARKER
Do I have to book regular appointments?
We try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but to ensure you can get a “one-off’ appointment, about three days notice is helpful. In terms of appointment frequency we are entirely flexible – with some clients booking daily, weekly, biweekly, triweekly, monthly, every 6 weeks, etc!
Does your cleaning staff change linens or do laundry?
Many clients leave clean linens out and staff change them as part of a routine clean. We offer a load of laundry on our EXTRA services.
Are your staff comfortable having my pet loose in the house while they are cleaning?
We enjoy working around pets and we have never had any problems with them running around the house as we clean. Yes, it is easier and faster to clean if they are in a set place but we leave it up to you to determine what is best for them and you.
What do you do about accessing my home?
We do whatever you are comfortable with. For convenience, many of our clients give us a spare key, which is tagged with a random number (not associated with your home), and used by staff only while cleaning; it is then returned to the main office and kept in a lock-box. Some clients leave a hidden key somewhere, under the mat, under a rock, at the neighbor etc.. which we replace when finished; other clients are home to let staff in.
Will it be the same staff person every time?
We try to keep staffing consistent for clients, but it’s not always possible. We try to keep the same team together whenever possible.
How many cleaning staff will come to clean my home per visit?
We usually work in teams of two of three people whenever possible (sometimes just one if the job is small), and we usually clean within the hours of 8am -6pm (for our residential accounts) but if you have a request and we can accommodate it please let us know we will be delighted to meet your requests.
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
NO, EcoHAPPYmaids equips its cleaning technicians with all the tools, equipment and products to effectively complete each job. We provide the HEPA vacuums, mops, dusting equipment, cleaning cloths, and cleansers, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing anything or having other people use your stuff. Plus, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure all our equipment and products meet various green cleaning certification standards.
Do you want us to use a certain product that you use? If you are set in a particular product we will be happy to help you but we won't be responsible for any damages that may occur by using said product.
What about feedback and tips?
The best tip you can give our crews is feedback for a job well done. Not only will affect their bottom line but it will also make us serve you better.
If you are leaving feedback in facebook, yelp, google + or any other place please send us an email or text. Don't add the name of your cleaning team (we always know who works which areas) We will make sure to reward our employees with a 20 dollar tip for a job well done.
Is there a service you don't do?
We don't wipe clean lightbulbs use ladders to reach very high surfaces or change linens in bunk beds (our insurance prohibits us). We also don't put away dishes or remove large quantities of trash or move large pieces of furniture.
After booking and lock outs.
After you have booked online and paid via credit we will contact you to confirm the appointment. Please don't stood up our 3 Hepa vaccums 3 buckets, two mops and most of all our team of two our three cleaning professionals who are eager to work to provide for their families. We will have to enforce a lock-out fee of 100 dollars. We can refund the fee if a rapid re-scheduling is done and a copy of the key is provided to our company.
